Stefano Borselli – Forno La Torre
“A journey through the sounds and flavors of ancient grains.”
In the Florentine hills, Forno La Torre in Diacceto is a landmark for wood-fired sourdough bread. Founded in 1987 by Stefano Borselli and Janneke Zambrano, the bakery uses local, stone-ground organic grains and enhances ancient varieties such as barley, rye, kamut® and monococcum spelt. The wood-fired oven, built together with master smoker Livio Piroli, is the heart of the production.
Giuliana Becattini – BeGiuls
“Tailor-made tailoring in the Florentine Oltrarno.”
Fashion designer, Giuliana Becattini opened her atelier in 2011 and gave birth to the brand BeGiuls, an expression of her style and history. Her clothes combine fine fibers, elegant shapes and contemporary design. Unique creations with attention to detail, designed for both special occasions and everyday wear, with the goal of allowing everyone to express their personality through exclusive, handmade garments.

La Voce del Maestro is a project of Artex, promoted by the Region of Tuscany with the collaboration of Confartigianato Imprese Toscana and CNA Toscana. The podcast was created to spread the culture of artistic craftsmanship through the voice of its protagonists.
